At Therapea Health, we believe exceptional client outcomes begin with exceptional people.
We're a warm, team-oriented multidisciplinary practice in the heart of Werribee, bringing together Psychologists, Counsellors, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who share one purpose:

About the Role
This position is for
3 days per week in-clinic
– with potential for additional days in the community once the candidate has reached capacity and demonstrated competence.
This role offers a rewarding combination of:
In-clinic psychological therapy 3 days/week
Standardised psychological assessments
Report writing and recommendations
Telehealth consultations where clinically appropriate
Our clinicians enjoy varied caseloads and the opportunity to work across different settings, allowing them to build meaningful relationships with clients and see the real-world impact of their work.
The position is primarily based at our beautiful Werribee clinic, however if additional days are desired in time, community work would form an important part of the role in the future.
Our KPIs are designed to be both realistic and sustainable, based on
5 billable hours per day
, allowing time for assessment, administration, professional development and collaboration.
Our Clients
We support children, adolescents and adults across a broad range of presentations.
A significant proportion of our caseload includes neurodivergent clients presenting with Autism, ADHD, learning differences and developmental disabilities, often alongside anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties and other complex presentations.
If you enjoy working with complexity, thinking clinically, and helping clients understand themselves more fully, you'll feel right at home here.

adolescent girls and young women
seeking psychological support.
Many present with concerns including:
