We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to join our team in Laverton North on a full-time permanent basis.

Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of workshop technicians to deliver high quality workmanship, productivity and safety outcomes.
Perform and oversee scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on a range of equipment.
Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications, company procedures and Australian Standards.
Build strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate workshop operations and undertake field service work when required to support customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and systems while maintaining accurate service documentation.
Promote a strong safety-first culture with an unwavering focus on quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 5.00pm
You will be a qualified tradesperson who is reliable, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality work, while leading and coordinating your team.
You will bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience leading small team of service technicians
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with resilience and determination
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
A valid driver's licence
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
