Organisational Development Specialist
to join a progressive, growing organisation undergoing an important period of evolution.
Working closely with the broader People & Culture team and leaders across the business, this role will play a key part in strengthening organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and the overall employee experience.

The Role
As Organisational Development Specialist, you will help shape and deliver initiatives across leadership, capability, performance, culture and organisational effectiveness.
Key areas of focus will include:
Designing and delivering




leadership and capability development initiatives
aligned to business priorities.
Supporting the development of
leadership frameworks, career pathways and succession planning
.
Building practical approaches to
performance, development and employee capability
.
Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Supporting
organisational design and workforce capability initiatives
as the business continues to evolve.
Developing and facilitating workshops, programs and learning interventions across different levels of the organisation.
Contributing to
culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives
.
Using employee insights, feedback and organisational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Supporting change initiatives and helping leaders effectively bring their teams through organisational change.
Reviewing existing OD programs and processes and identifying opportunities to simplify, improve and strengthen their impact.
Working collaboratively across People & Culture to ensure OD initiatives are practical, sustainable and embedded into everyday business operations.
About You
You will be an experienced OD, capability,



learning or organisational effectiveness professional who enjoys working closely with leaders and turning business needs into practical people solutions.
You will ideally bring:
Demonstrated experience across
organisational development, capability or leadership development
.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Experience designing and implementing programs rather than simply administering existing ones.
An understanding of contemporary approaches to leadership, performance, talent and organisational capability.
The ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands‐on delivery.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and the confidence to challenge existing thinking where appropriate.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
