The Opportunity
As a Digital Analyst joining Medibank, you will play a key role in
buildingand deliveringhigh-quality analytics and digital technology solutions that help Medibank better understand customer behaviour and improve experiences across web and app platforms.
Your impact?
Own and evolve the analytics repository in GitHub, including the data layer structure that feeds our analytics tools.
Design, build andmaintaindata layer specifications and ensure implementations match the agreed technical specs.
Manage consent and privacy configuration throughOneTrust, ensuring tracking respects user consent and meets privacy obligations.
Partner with feature squads to enable self-serve analytics — providing the tooling, documentation, standards and support they need to do their own implementation work confidently.
Contribute to the standards, principles and documentation that keep our platform consistent and maintainable.
Design, build andmaintainanalytics and software solutionsthat are reliable,scalableand easy to maintain
Work across the full development lifecycle—from understanding requirements through to build,testingand deployment
Implement and enhance analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics,FullStory,Delacon,Emplifi,SimilarWeb) and data layers across digital platforms
Contribute to improving ways of working, engineeringstandardsand analytics practices across the team




Hands‐on experience with at least one enterprise digital analytics platform (Adobe Analytics and/or GA4).
Experience with a tag management system (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform Tags/Launch, Google Tag Manager or Tealium).
Practical understanding of data layer design and how it drives analytics tooling.
Comfort with Git and GitHub — branching, pull requests, codereviewand version control as part of your day-to-day.
A solid grasp of digital analytics concepts — events, conversions,attributionand data quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across both technical and business requirements
Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating with a range of stakeholders
Curiosity,adaptabilityand a mindset focused on continuous improvement
