and WHS requirements Maintain high levels of customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (AQF Diploma or higher, or equivalent) Minimum of one (1) year full‐time post‐qualification experience in a similar fast food or QSR management role Proven leadership and team management experience in a high‐volume workplace Experience in rostering, stock control, and cost management Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‐solving skills About Company KMJ GROUP PTY LTD is the owner and operator of an Oporto franchise located in Taren Point, NSW.
