About the Role
As a Client Care Representative, you will play a critical role as the primary link between our clients and the clinical team. You'll ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for clients and their pets, from the moment they walk through our doors to the time they leave and beyond.
This is a
permanent part-time position
, offering a
minimum of 30 hours per fortnight
. The roster includes:
Overnight shifts (11:00pm – 6:00am) every Friday and Saturday
One additional CCR shift each week
Access to
excellent penalty rates
for overnight and weekend work
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a difference. As AES Underwood operates as an after-hours clinic, flexibility and confidence working night shifts are essential.
What Your Day Looks Like
Providing exceptional care to clients and pets, including triaging pets on arrival




Communicating updates about pets to clients and addressing their queriesCollaborating with the team regarding updates, patient needs, and financial details
Assisting clients with financial transactions and insurance claims
Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations
Performing administrative duties that support the clinic's operations
About You
Looking for a

Proven customer service experience with a focus on empathy and professionalism
Resilient, quick-thinking, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
Personal mode of transport (essential for overnight shift work)
Available to work
overnight shifts (11:00pm – 6:00am) every Friday and Saturday
, plus an additional weekly shift
Flexible availability across weekends, public holidays, evenings, nights, and early mornings
Permanent Part-Time role
$***** hourly rate (increasing to $***** after training period) + generous shift penalties
