We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs and Bayside of Victoria on a
full-time, on-going basis
. As a
Construction Site Manager
, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of custom/luxury home builds and multi unit developments from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. Reporting to an experienced and supportive Construction Manager some key accountabilities of this role include:
Coordinateand managetrades, establish a reliable trade base.
Maintain and update construction program/schedule.
Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients andtrades.
Ensurecorrect building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines.
Enforce and adhere to OH&S; regulations.
Day to day management of trades on site andsuppliers.
WHO YOU ARE
Recent building experience, background and history in the Melbourne residential construction industry.
Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience and/or a strong trade background (but more importantly,



an eagerness to learn and be a part of a cohesive team).
Experience with Luxury and Multi-Million dollar builds.
Experience building basements.
A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations.
Have completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card.
Hold a valid driver's licence.
Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network.
And just as importantly, an eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team.
