Early Childhood Educators and Teachers - Above Award Pay
We have casual roles available for experienced Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs), Diploma and Certificate level educators plus roles for those just starting their early childhood / childcare teaching careers, with a minimum Certificate III qualification.

We Are Looking For:
Experienced Educators:
Proven experience working within early childhood settings, bringing robust classroom engagement, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic.
Qualified Professionals:
A completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years
Engaging Program Delivery:
Motivation to implement high-quality, engaging, and activity-based learning programs that inspire young minds and hear young voices.
Curriculum Knowledge:
A strong dedication to understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Adaptability:
Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services around the
Bundoora
and surrounding areas.
Engaging Personality:
A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators,
centre staff, and families.
About you:
Qualified Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood / Childcare
Willingness to travel to different locations around your area
Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs
An understanding of the Early Learning Framework
Early Childhood Teachers must have a willingness to obtain their relevant state based teachers registration
Australian work rights and a willingness to gain you state based working with children's check and Food Handling Certificate.
Committed to Child Safeguarding and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities
Willingness to complete national mandatory child safety training
Able to provide contact details of two most recent professional referees who have managed you and can speak to your ability to work with children (eg Director, Coordinator, Area Manager)
