THE ROLE
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a DC Team Member to join our Dandenong South Distribution Centre.
This is a diverse role that combines warehouse operations, administration, and customer service. You will support the efficient movement of stock through the Distribution Centre while providing exceptional service to our stores, residential sales teams, and transport partners.
Working closely with the DC Section Lead, you'll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained, and customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer service support to stores and residential sales teams
Manage incoming emails and phone enquiries
Sort and manage pick slips and operational paperwork
Process transactions and maintain records using DAX, Excel, and warehouse systems
Support Rapid and Next Day Pick operations through cross-training
Complete goods inward and outward processes, including receiving in NCIA
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and stock accuracy activities
Support dispatch administration and Proof of Delivery processes
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
Contribute to achieving service, safety, and productivity targets
ABOUT YOU
Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or customer service environment
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
A commitment to workplace safety
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks as required
