Your Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Highpoint store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and solid team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering outstanding customer service and product recommendations
Leading, coaching, and motivating your team
Managing inventory, stock control, and merchandising standards
Overseeing rosters, administration, and store presentation
Driving sales, local marketing initiatives, and social media engagement
Achieving and exceeding store KPIs and performance targets
What You Bring
Proven experience in retail management
Strong sales and customer service background
Experience building and leading high-performing teams
Knowledge of supplements, health foods, or related industries (highly regarded)
Understanding of sports nutrition and wellness products
Nutrition or fitness-related qualifications (a bonus)
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
