What You Will Do:
Support the planning and delivery of the office relocation project to ensure key activities, timelines, and milestones are successfully met.
Manage relationships with external project management agencies, property owners, contractors, and senior executives to ensure a seamless relocation.
Coordinate and lead an internal project team to prepare for the move, encouraging collaborative problem-solving across departments.
Drive a whole-of-agency communication and support strategy to ensure staff are fully informed, prepared, and ready for the transition.
Oversee post-relocation activities, including issue resolution, finalising the vacated premises,



and completing office closure obligations.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage relationships across all organisational levels.
Proven track record of managing external suppliers, contractors, and working collaboratively with senior leadership.
Exceptional organising skills with a sharp attention to detail and project timelines.
A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and resolve issues proactively.
