Adelaide Venue Management(AVM) is seeking a dedicated and experiencedKitchen Stewarding Team Leaderto join our teamin a casual position.
Working at theAdelaide Convention Centre(ACC), you'll oversee the day-to-day Kitchen Stewarding operations, ensuring the smooth running of kitchen activities from set-up to pack-down across a range of events.

About the Role:
As aStewarding Team Leader, you will:
Supervise thecleaning, maintenance, and organisationof all kitchen and stewarding areas.
Lead and mentor a team of stewarding staff to ensure high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Oversee thecleaning and sanitisation of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure thesmooth flow of service wareduring functions and events.
Monitor and manage stock levels, includingchemical supplies and equipment.
Maintain compliance withISO ***** Food Safety Management Systemand WHS policies.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive leader with:




Previous supervisory experiencein a large-scale kitchen or stewarding environment, mining or healthcare kitchen experience highly regarded.
Strong knowledge offood safety and hygiene standards(HACCP/ISO ***** preferred).
Excellentteam leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in afast-paced event environment.
Goodcommunication and problem-solving skills.
Somecomputer proficiencyfor stock management and reporting.
Flexibility to work across a24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
