Full admin and assistant PM support so you can focus on what you do best
About the Role
This is a task-based property management position – no overwhelming portfolio juggling! You'll be responsible for:
Conducting entry, routine, and exit inspections
Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears
Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance
Preparing for and attending VCAT hearings
Working closely with a supportive admin team and assistant PM

What We're Looking For
Valid Agents Representative Certificate
Driver's Licence and reliable car
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management (junior PMs welcome!)
A team player with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
