About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Technician, Small Engine Mechanic or mechanically minded tradesperson looking to expand their skills and build expertise on specialist equipment.
If you have strong mechanical skills, particularly with small engines or similar equipment, we will provide training on our specialist machinery and systems. Most work is workshop-based, with occasional on-site service work alongside other team members. Every day presents new challenges,



equipment and opportunities to build your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service and repair spray equipment, pressure cleaners, pumps and blasting equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance, fault-finding and equipment testing.
Repair and rebuild mechanical components to a high standard.
Prepare accurate repair quotes, service reports and job notes.
Provide customers with equipment operating and maintenance advice.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience repairing small engines, mechanical equipment or similar machinery.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Australian Citizenship required for this position.
Current Australian Driver's License.
Forklift License desirable but not essential.
Highly Regarded
Experience with airless paint spray equipment.
Experience with high-pressure water cleaners.
Experience with blasting equipment and associated machinery.
Moderate computer literacy including Outlook and service documentation.
