About us
Hub and Spoke Health is a mobile, multi-disciplinary allied health service operating across 18 regions in Melbourne, including the CBD, Western Suburbs, and Inner North.
Our team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Art and Music Therapists, Dieticians, Massage Therapists, Allied Health Assistants,



Speech Pathologists and a highly supportive admin team.
We work across private, aged care, disability, and Support at Home funding streams and pride ourselves on delivering respectful, high quality, patient-centred care.
About the role
You will provide mobile physiotherapy services to privately funded patients, NDIS participants, Post Acute Care and Support at Home clients in their own homes.
Presentations may include post-surgical rehabilitation, aged care, disability support, and chronic condition management.
This is a full time role based primarily in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
One to two years of physiotherapy experience is ideal. Experience in aged care, disability, or home-based care is helpful but not essential.

Essential requirements
Full AHPRA registration (we are unable to hire limited registration physios).
Full Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.
Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to get one).
Valid Australian work rights.
We are unable to hire applicants on limited registration due to compliance restrictions.
