The Opportun
ityThis is a highly visible role responsible for bringing structure, governance and control to large-scale technology transformation progra
ms.
Working alongside Project Managers, Solution Architects, Engineers and executive stakeholders, you will owner the integrated master schedule, ensuring multiple concurrent projects remain aligned, dependencies are managed, milestones are achieved and delivery risks are identified ea
rly.
Key Responsibil
itiesDevelop, maintain and govern integrated master schedules across multiple technology proj
ects.Consolidate individual project plans into a single program-level delivery roa
dmap.Manage project timelines, milestones, critical paths and interdependen
cies.Identify scheduling conflicts, delivery risks and resource constraints before they impact project outc
omes.Work closely with Project Managers and technical delivery teams to ensure projects remain on t
rack.Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards and delivery upd
ates.Support governance forums by providing accurate schedule reporting and delivery insi
ghts.Coordinate vendor timelines and ensure third-party deliverables align with program object
ives.Track project baselines, monitor progress against plan and manage approved schedule cha
nges.Support cutover, migration and transition planning for major technology implementat




ions.Maintain planning standards and promote consistent project management practices across the organisa
tion.

perienceProven experience in Program Controls, PMO, Project Planning or Master Sch
eduling.Solid background supporting complex IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity or digital transformation p
rojects.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and stake
holders.Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, Project Online or similar schedulin
g tools.Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks and PMO method
ologies.Experience managing integrated project schedules across multiple concurrent init
communication and stakeholder management
skills.Ability to interpret technical project information and translate it into meaningful executive re
porting.Experience managing project dependencies, RAID logs, milestones and delivery re
porting.High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving ab
ilities.
Desirable E
xperienceExperience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Systems Integrator or Technology Con
sultancy.Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity or digital transformation
programs.Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery metho
dologies.PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certi
fication.
