The role
A hands-on role across a mix of split systems, ducted air conditioning and commercial refrigeration, so no two days are the same.
You'll be:
Installing split system and ducted air conditioners
Fault-finding and diagnostics on residential and commercial HVAC systems
Servicing,



maintenance and deep cleans of air conditioning units
Working on commercial refrigeration cool rooms, freezers and the like
Identifying issues quickly and providing effective solutions
Communicating clearly with clients and maintaining high service standards
Completing job documentation via mobile systems
What you'll need
Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician- essential
ARCtick refrigerant handling licence- essential
Experience with split systems and ducted air conditioning
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with commercial refrigeration systems (highly regarded)
Restricted electrical licence (bonus, not essential)
Current driver's licence
Solid work ethic, pride in workmanship, and the ability to work solo or in a team
