About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Junior Marketing Analyst
to join our team on a three-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent chance for a recent Marketing graduate or an early-career professional to gain practical experience while contributing to real marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
Support the creation of promotional content and marketing materials.
Help develop campaigns based on approved company messaging and slogans.
Coordinate and monitor advertising campaigns, initially focusing on radio advertising.




Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
Analyse campaign results and return on investment (ROI).
Conduct market and competitor research.
Assist with social media, website content, and digital marketing activities.
Work with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
Present recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Requirement of the Position are :
A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is desirable but not essential.
A willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
