About the role Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. In this position, you will play a vital role in helping clients understand and implement our cloud security solutions. What you'll do
Collaborate with clients to identify their security requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Provide technical guidance during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
Assist in the integration of Netskope's solutions into client environments, ensuring a smooth deployment.
Work with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Netskope's solutions.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role related to cloud security or networking.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies.
Proficiency in networking protocols and security frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Nice to have
Experience with SIEM, DLP, or CASB solutions.
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages.
Relevant certifications in cloud security or networking (e.g., CCSP, CISSP).
Skills & tools
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools.
Practical notes
This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
