Delivery & Warehouse Coordinator
to join our team.
This is a hands-on role based primarily in our warehouse, where you'll be responsible for ensuring stock is received, organised and prepared for delivery. You'll also assist with customer deliveries when required, helping to provide the exceptional service our customers have come to expect.

What You'll Be Doing
Receive, check and put away incoming stock.
Pick and prepare customer orders for delivery and collection.
Load delivery vehicles safely and accurately.
Maintain an organised, clean and efficient warehouse.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Work closely with the sales and administration teams to ensure deliveries are prepared on time.
Help coordinate the daily flow of goods through the warehouse.
Assist with customer deliveries and installations when required.
Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and in customers' homes.
About You

Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Presents professionally and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Has a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Essential Requirements
Current driver's licence with a good driving record.
Ability to safely lift and move appliances and furniture.
Highly regarded (but not essential):
Previous warehouse, logistics or delivery experience.
Forklift licence.
