The role
You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates across the Property, Development and Construction market.
You will work closely with current clients while also creating new business opportunities and growing your own specialist desk.
Your role will include:
Building and managing client relationships
Developing new business opportunities
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Crafting Ad strategy to maximize visibility and engagement
Networking across the industry
Negotiating offers
Providing market advice to clients and candidates
Building a strong personal brand within your market
About you:
Curious and eager to learn
Passionate about the Real Estate, Property, Development or Construction industry

Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role
Experience within Property or Real Estate will be highly regarded
