As a Sales Assistant at Trainers, an independent sneaker and streetwear store, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales across our unique range of sneakers, apparel, and accessories.
You'll engage with customers to understand their style preferences, offer product knowledge, and ensure an inviting store environment.
From maintaining displays to processing transactions, you'll contribute to the smooth daily operation of the store and help build lasting customer relationships that reflect our passion for sneaker culture and streetwear fashion.
Valuable knowledge of sneaker and streetwear culture is required to effectively engage with customers and provide informed product recommendations.
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
Maintaining stock levels and product presentation to the highest standards
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Actively contributing to the store's sales and marketing initiatives
Supporting the store manager with day-to-day operations as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
Experience with photoshop and video editing software.




Experience with Klayvio Email Blast service.
Minimum of 1+ years retail or customer service experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Australian work rights are required for this position
Must be available to work weekends as required
