Key Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and manufacturing samples to ensure quality standards.
Monitor and analyse production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
Investigate manufacturing issues and troubleshoot using structured problem-solving techniques.
Support process optimisation, plant trials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Generate technical reports to inform operational decisions and support quality systems.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing performance.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Up to two years' experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or quality environment - graduates encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures.
Valuable reporting skills, particularly with Excel.
Passion for applying chemistry to manufacturing challenges.
