to join our growing Garden Maintenance team.

About the Role
As a Casual Garden Maintenance Operator, you'll help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces by undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks, including:
Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
Pruning, weeding, digging holes and planting
Mulching, watering and garden bed preparation
Preparing soil for turf installation and installing watering systems




Leaf blowing and green waste removal
Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely
Delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
We're looking for people who:
Have experience in garden maintenance, landscaping, horticulture or grounds maintenance
OR
demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Can commit to casual employment with consistent full-time hours.
Enjoy working outdoors in a physically active role.
Work well as part of a team and can follow instructions.
Have a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Hold a current driver's licence (preferred/required for driving company vehicles).
Can successfully complete the required pre-employment screening, including a Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and White Card.
