What you'll do
Develop and enhance options trading strategies across the APAC market.
Collaborate extensively with researchers, quantitative analysts, developers, and corporate strategy teams to drive improvements in trading methodologies.
Provide strategic insights to shape the future direction of the trading team and challenge existing practices.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in enhancing systematic or semi-systematic trading strategies, ideally within a leading market‐making firm.
Comprehensive understanding of the options trading landscape.
Strong risk management skills and a responsible approach to trading.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A genuine interest in trading and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Preference for candidates based in Sydney,



but location flexibility is available for exceptional applicants.
