We are expanding our operations in Victoria and are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join us in a long-term role as we grow.

Monday to Friday. Full Time. Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
Operate press brake machines.
Operate CNC laser cutting machine.
Perform machine setup, daily checks, operational adjustments, tooling changes and basic maintenance.
Read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets.
Monitor quality of cuts/pressings and make adjustments when needed.
Perform quality control checks.
Label and organise components for next manufacturing step.
Load and unload materials and finished components.
Maintain accurate production records and job documentation.
Maintain explicit and tidy workspace.
Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with other production departments to meet deadlines.
Assist with general sheet metal fabrication and assembly tasks when required (training provided).
Skill & Experience
What we are looking for:
Hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery, press brakes and/or related CNC manufacturing machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical information and troubleshoot related issues.
Physically fit and reliable.
Safety conscious and detail focused.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Full Australian working rights.
Desired, but not essential:
Welding or fabrication experience.
