Site Supervisor / Project Manager Joinery
Kartel Cabinets is seeking an experiencedSite Supervisor / Project Manager Joinery & Shopfittingto join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a strategic position based in Boondall QLD ****, where you will oversee joinery projects from conception through to completion.
As Site Supervisor / Project Manager Joinery, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the cabinet making industry and directly impacts client satisfaction and business growth.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site joinery work, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure effective and cost-effective delivery
Liaise between clients, design teams and on-site staff to ensure clear communication and project alignment
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve issues promptly
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role within, cabinet making, joinery or shopfitting industry
Proven hands-on capability when required
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and industry best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction and joinery work
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management, carpentry or site supervision are highly desirable
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various job sites as required
