Due to expansion we are looking for passionate and engaging person to join our team as an Optical Dispenser (part time) Your responsibilities would include:Provide a high level of personalised customer service and make our patient's in store experience amazingIdentify customers eyecare needsProvide product recommendations customised to their requirementsBuild strong customer relationshipsWork autonomously and be willing to be part of a teamAdministration tasks including health fund/Medicare claimsMaintain a clean and healthy work environment To be successful ideally you will have:A qualification in Optical Dispensing OR experience in a similar role OR the willingness to studyRetail experience in a fast paced environmentExceptional communication skillsSales experience and the proven ability to build rapport and customer relationshipsExperience using Optomate, HICAPS and Medicare claiming is an advantageDedication, a strong work ethic and a team focus In return we will provide you:Join an award winning independent local business where you actually matter1 free pair of glasses annually plus family discountsa flexible work environment with flexible schedule to suit your life A salary will be negotiated in line with experience.
This position is flexible with days, looking for ***** hours per week.
