Lead Educator (Full-Time) - $***** - $***** per hour - Busy Bees at the Park

Role overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join the team at Busy Bees at The Park on a full-time basis.
You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.
What you'll do
Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
Inspire and mentor educators within your room
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
Support children's development, wellbeing and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences
What you'll bring
A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up and always doing the right thing; alignment with Busy Bees values
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP)




Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
