About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliableDisability Support Workersto support NDIS participants in their homes and in the community.
This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
Assistance with daily living tasks (meal preparation, cleaning)
Community access support (appointments, shopping, social outings)
Implementing individual support plans and behaviour strategies
Encouraging independence and skill development
Maintaining accurate progress notes and reports
Ensuring a safe and respectful environment
About You
Caring, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends preferred)
Requirements




Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability (preferred)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Police Check
Working with Children Check (preferred)
First Aid & CPR
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Pay & Conditions (SCHADS Award)
Paid under the SCHADS Award
Classification:Home Care Employee – Disability Support (Schedule E)
Hourly rate typically ranges from$***** to $43+depending on experience, qualifications, and pay point
Applicablepenalty rates, overtime, and allowancespaid in line with the SCHADS Award
Superannuation paid as per legislation
