What you'll be doing
Designing and buildingscalable backend systems and APIs
Contributing across the full lifecycle fromideation to production release
Working ondata-driven featuresand tuning systems for performance
Investigating complex problems and deliveringrobust long-term solutions




Collaborating with product, design, and leadership stakeholders
Contributing to engineering standards throughcode reviews and best practices
Their Stack & Requirements
PostgreSQL/MySQL and SQL design
AWS, Docker
APIs, backend services, or data intensive systems
Testing, CI/CD, and agile development practices
Comfortable contributing across frontend when required
Nice to have
Experience with AI tools, data platforms, or search technologies (e.g. Elasticsearch)
Exposure to additional backend languages (e.g. Go)
