Supernormal and neighbouring wine bar Bar Miette opened at 443 Queen Street on the banks of the Brisbane river in mid-**** and have quickly gained local and international recognition.
Supernormal's menu celebrates local produce and connects with Queensland's farmers, fishers and foragers, to offer contemporary Australian dishes influenced by time spent living, working and travelling in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

We're looking for someone with experience managing successful venues, who's seeking an opportunity to lead in a creative, compassionate and decisive manner.
Central to this position is steadfast leadership – through a strategic long-term approach to training, recruitment and development – as well as the ability to meet financial targets while delivering a market-leading food and beverage program with genuine warmth and care for our guests.
