Kolmeo is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support and eventually own the onboarding process for current customers, helping them get up and running with Kolmeo's software for property management.
You will join the onboarding team, report to the Customer Onboarding Manager, and collaborate with the wider CX team to drive end-to-end onboarding projects while keeping customers supported and informed throughout the journey.
