About the Role
We are seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join our Albany Service Centre on a casual basis.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in their homes and within the community.
You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life, while building meaningful relationships along the way.
This is a casual basis position.
We are looking for someone available weekdays and weekends between 6:00am – 10:00pm.
This role involves travel up to 68km from Albany, and MSWA pool vehicles are available to support this.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver care in line with individualised care plans and organisational policies.
Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
Assist with medication support, continence care, and mobility (including hoist transfers where required).
Provide meal preparation, domestic assistance, and shopping support.
Accompany clients to appointments and support community access.
Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing, escalating concerns as needed.
Deliver services with a robust focus on safety, dignity, and person-centred care

Must-Haves
Current Driver's Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
Commitment to person-centred care and safety
