Requirements
Proven site foreman experience— 5+ years of on tools experience in construction, civil, or plumbing environments
Manage daily site operationsand coordinate trades.
Ensure works are completed safely, on time.
Monitor quality, productivity and site compliance.
Coordinate materials, plant and subcontractors.
Assistwith defect rectification.
Ability to read and interpret plansand ensure works are delivered to specification
Experience with site laser levelsto setup and mark out relevant works
Experience managing basic WHS complianceand maintaining a safe work environment
Reasonable admin and reporting capability— daily logs, site reports, toolbox talks
Construction White Card required
Driver's license required
Provide own general carpentry/construction toolsi.e.
drills, hand tools, hammer drill, circular saw etc
Experience: Preferred completed carpentry apprenticeship

Site setup and pack down
Site maintenance and tidiness




Receive deliveries
Preparing for tasks and contractorsI.e.
Setup profiles and stringlines
Mark out installation locations
Mark out trenches and formwork
etc
Manage labour
Pickup materials and equipmentFactory runs
Hire equipment
Material supplier pickup when needed
Contractor quality controlChecking measurements, RL's, sizes etc
Contractor sign Ons and inductions
Manage site complianceCheck workers PPE and qualifications
Daily pre-starts
