As a Guest Service Specialist at the Point Hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
This full-time or part-time role is based in Kangaroo Point, where you will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and ensures their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Deliver genuine hospitality: Ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable experience before, during, and after their stay.
Collaborate and support: Work closely with your team to provide warm, efficient, and standout service.
Anticipate needs: Personalise your interactions to make every stay memorable and leave guests wanting to return.
Connect across departments: Liaise with other teams to enhance our offerings and create a seamless guest journey.
Handle reservations: Manage guest bookings by phone, email, and in person with care and accuracy.
Update records: Check and maintain booking details to keep our systems current.
Respond to inquiries: Address guest questions about availability, rates, and amenities promptly and professionally.
