About You
Passionate about early childhood education and pedagogical leadership
A confident, approachable mentor who brings out the best in others
Skilled at building warm, respectful relationships with children, families and staff
Committed to driving meaningful, high-quality learning experiences across the centre
Deeply confident with the EYLF, NQS and child-led play approaches
Excited to lead reflective practice, programming and quality improvement
What You Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader or similar leadership role




A current Blue Card
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Quality Improvement Plans
A genuine love of children, learning and leading others
Physically fit for the demands of the role, including working outdoors in the heat, standing for long periods, safely bending, lifting and carrying children and their equipment/toys, and responding quickly in an emergency
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring educators in curriculum design and reflective practice
Overseeing the implementation of the EYLF across all rooms
Supporting educators to embed child-led, play-based learning
Driving continuous quality improvement and supporting QIP development
Building strong partnerships with families and the wider community
Bringing the Curiosity Tree values to life every day
