The Role
This is a broad commercial finance role with exposure across the full planning cycle.
Rather than owning one piece of the puzzle, you'll build an end-to-end view of the business, working closely with stakeholders to turn financial information into meaningful insights that support decision making.
Drive planning, forecasting and outlook processes across the full planning cycle, including AOP
Deliver management reporting, KPI analysis and performance insights that support commercial decisions
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand performance drivers and manage overhead planning
Coordinate capital planning and bring together financial information from multiple teams to support planning and reporting
Coach and provide day-to-day support to an Analyst while building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve consistency and create more value through FP&A;
About You
You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with people, asking questions and using financial insights to influence decisions.
You're proactive, curious and keen to make an impact beyond the numbers -
Transferrable technical skills from any finance background (not just FP&A;)
Build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Apply strong financial analysis, planning and business partnering capability
Coach and support others while contributing positively to a collaborative team
Look for opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo
Ideally, hold CA or CPA qualifications
