About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in both the successful launch and ongoing operations of the Beveridge Central centre:
Lead pre-opening setup and readiness activities
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team from day one
Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
Establish a positive, values-driven centre culture
Oversee day-to-day operations post-opening
Partner closely with the Head of Curriculum and leadership team
Key ResponsibilitiesManage centre setup, opening and daily operations
Recruit, onboard and develop a team of passionate educators
Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Ensure compliance with Regulations and National Quality Standards
Lead continuous improvement and drive quality outcomes
Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
About YouDiploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
Minimum 2 years experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role
Experience opening a new service (highly regarded)
Strong leadership, operational and organisational capability
Sound knowledge of Children's Services Regulations & NQS
Proven ability to build, mentor and retain teams
Confident driving occupancy and community engagement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
