About the Role
Due to continued project growth, Chalouhi is seeking aSiteEngineerto support the delivery of a diverse range of demolition works across the Sydney Metro area.
These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects while developing your career in a fast-paced and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support day-to-day engineering and site activities
Assist with the planning and delivery of demolition, excavation and enabling works
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and programs
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, safety, quality, and environmental standards
Manage and maintain technical documentation including RFIs, ITPs, and as-built records
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders




Monitor progress against construction schedules and assist with cost tracking
Conduct site inspections and support issue resolution
Promote compliance with HSEQ systems and best practices
Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements
What We're Looking For
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
1–2 years' experience in demolition, excavation, civil construction or related projects
Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Exposure to demolition, basement, excavation or infrastructure projects
Solid understanding of construction methodologies and standards
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to interpret technical documentation and manage field-based tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Aconex or similar systems is advantageous
White Card and valid driver's licence
