About the Role:JENNMAR Mackay is seeking a motivated and organised Despatch Officer to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing data entry, customer coordination, and the smooth flow of sales and freight operations for our Queensland facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry for sales, quotes, plant production, and inventory systems
Coordinate sales and quotes with customers
Collate daily sales and delivery information
Oversee incoming and outgoing freight
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Oversee and maintain filing systems for despatch records
Supervise administration team operations
Perform general office duties as required
About You:
Proven experience in a similar dispatch, logistics or administration role
Solid data entry and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Understanding of freight coordination and COR
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Experience supervising a small team is desirable
Permanent, stable full-time role
