About the OpportunityOur client is an MBA award winning respected construction company with over 40 years of experience delivering high-quality, award-winning commercial projects across regional Australia and metropolitan areas.
Combining the personalised approach of a family-owned business with the professionalism of a seasoned team, this is your chance to take the lead on commercial projects - overseeing all phases of delivery from planning to handover.
You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team and take ownership of a diverse range of projects.
We're seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years experience delivering commercial projects $5m - $15m who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong commercial acumen, and leads with integrity, confidence, and collaboration.
You'll be supported, empowered, and rewarded within an organisation that values long-term relationships and pride in workmanship.
With a strong pipeline of health, education and commercial developments, this is an ideal opportunity to lead projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full project lifecycle: design, planning, construction, QA, and handover
Ensure delivery aligns with contract documents, budget, timeline, and compliance frameworks
Lead progress tracking, risk mitigation, cost forecasting, and client reporting
Drive team performance, motivate staff, and resolve issues proactively
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and site managers to ensure communication and cohesion




Identify and action continuous improvement initiatives across safety, systems, and performance
Contribute new business opportunities alongside the senior leadership team
Skills & Experience
Circa 5+ years' experience in the Australian construction industry, with at least 3+ years in project management role.
Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Building, Construction, or Engineering
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook); CAD knowledge advantageous
Professional, self-driven, and capable of handling pressure with a positive and mature outlook
