Queensland Radiology Specialists (QRS) are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Receptionist to join our radiology practice.
This is a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic and providing leadership across front-desk operations.
This full-time position will work across our South Brisbane network, including West End, Mount Gravatt, and Springwood.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of customer service, including professional handling of phone enquiries and bookings
Manage complex patient bookings, referrals, and coordination across imaging modalities
Ensure accurate patient registration, billing, and compliance with Medicare, DVA, and private health fund requirements
Liaise closely with radiologists, technologists,



and management to optimise service delivery
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in senior administration within radiology or a specialist medical practice (essential)
Strong working knowledge of radiology workflows, referrals, and billing processes
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
Proficiency in practice management systems and Microsoft Office
A professional, calm, and patient-focused approach
Flexibility and willingness to travel between clinic locations
