EXPERIENCED CABINET MAKER WANTED
We have a rare opening for a skilled cabinet maker to join our workshop in Cowaramup, Western Australia.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who takes immense pride in producing high-quality custom cabinetry and wants to be an integral part of a growing business.
The work we produce is different from most other workshops in the region, creating a wonderful balance of creativity and technical cabinet making.
If you have a background in furniture-making or fine carpentry these skills would also transfer well into the work that we create.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
- We work in a variety of materials including raw timbers.
You will need experience in timber machining, solid timber construction and timber veneering.
- Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Experience reading a cut-list.
- You will need to be able to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.




- You will have experience using a spray-booth and be able to spray finish paint and lacquer.
- You will be detail driven and have good problem-solving skills.
- Experience installing cabinets on site in both residential and commercial environments.
- You will be comfortable working within a small team but confident enough to work unassisted.
- You will be self-motivated and take immense pride in your work.
- You must be an Australian resident or hold a valid work permit.
- You must be living in the Southwest or willing to relocate here.
- You must be able to drive and own a vehicle.
Immediate start available.
Part-time or full time position for the right applicant.
Salary negotiable, based on experience.
Pay: $***** – $***** per hour
