On behalf of our client, we are seeking a full time experienced Contract Administrator.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that client engagements, labour allocations, and transport service arrangements for our client are accurately documented, actively managed, and aligned with contractual requirements.
Working closely with operations, scheduling, and client-facing teams, you will ensure that contracts are effectively administered across their full lifecycle - from onboarding through to variations, performance tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
Preparing, reviewing and maintaining contracts relating to logistics services, including container unloading, transport and related operational services
Managing contract variations and change requests (e.g. changes to scope, service levels, volumes or pricing), ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals are in place
Coordinating contract setup and onboarding of new client engagements, including maintaining registers, tracking key dates, and ensuring all required documentation is complete
Ensuring labour deployment aligns with contractual obligations, agreed service levels, and client requirements
Monitoring contractor and service delivery performance against contractual terms, including KPIs, SLAs and agreed deliverables
Investigating and resolving contract-related queries or discrepancies (e.g. invoicing, service scope, or delivery issues) in collaboration with operations
Preparing reports and updates for management on contract status, variations, risks and performance outcomes
Assisting with submissions, service proposals and renewals, including compiling supporting documentation
Maintaining accurate records across systems to ensure contract and operational data is up to date and audit-ready
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A Diploma or higher qualification in a related field; or
At least 3 years experience in contract administration (preferably within logistics, transport, labour hire or a similar operational environment).
Demonstrated experience in contract administration, preferably within logistics, supply chain, transport, or labour hire environments
Strong ability to interpret and manage contract terms, including variations, extensions and service adjustments
Experience supporting operational teams with contract-linked activities such as workforce allocation, service delivery tracking or invoicing
High attention to detail, particularly when managing large volumes of documentation and data
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously
Effective stakeholder engagement skills, including working with operations teams, clients and contractors
Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting formal correspondence, reports and summaries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM, ERP or contract management systems
Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
