We are currently seeking an energetic person to join our team on the Gold Coast in Molendinar, Queensland.
About the role
We are looking for someone who is well-organised and accurate, and who is interested in learning new skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment in our Epoxy Resin Manufacturing Plant.
The role involves working with a variety of equipment that include blending, packing and filling which requires a high level of attention to detail.
38 hour week / Monday to Friday
This is a fast-pace manufacturing environment, running to tight schedules.
Working in a small, positive team environment, good people skills and the ability to effectively communicate and work with others is important.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, accurate and organised.
Working cleanly is key to this role, and accuracy in completing supporting documentation is critical.
It is hands-on role that involves physical tasks, so applicants should be comfortable with manual work.
Multiple products are produced, each with varying raw materials, packaging and filling specifications, so a high attention to detail is required
Full training will be provided on all machinery and manufacturing processes.

Skills and experience
Blending and pack-down by weight of any type of product would indicate experience in accurate paperwork completion
A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in packaging, labelling, picking /packing and warehousing will be an advantage.
Attention to Detail, and Cleanliness are key.
Fork Lift Experience will be viewed as an advantage
Applicants must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be eligible for this role.
