ABOUT THE ROLEWe have an exciting prospect for a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team atBanksmeadow.This is a full time, permanent position in a contemporary office environment working Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a positive experience
Handling telephone and email inquiries
Data entry and updating booking calendars
Arranging taxi bookings
Performing other customer-related or administrative tasks as required by the site
ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player, with great customer skills.
You'll be attentive, professional and provide our customers with a positive repair experience.
You will have good administrative and computer skills, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to problem‐solve and work efficiently.
Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is not essential but highly regarded.
We'll provide you with a uniform, technology, and lunch every Wednesday!
