Why This Role Exists
We are growing fast and need someone who can join our Accredited Exercise Physiology clinic.
Success in this role will see you supporting people living with chronic health conditions and disabilities to achieve their health goals and working with children to build appropriate exercise programs.
You will join our team of 7 EPs, delivering over 45 Group Exercise Physiology sessions per week, hydrotherapy sessions and over 150 one on one sessions per week.
In Your First 90 Days You Will
We want the RIGHT candidate and based on your experience your first 90days could look like this:
Be onboarded with the Coordinated Fitness processes and systems
Deliver at client utilisation rate of 75% within the first 3 months.
Increase our Neurological programs throughout the clinic
Build trust and a referral network with GP's and other Allied Health referrers
What You Will Be Working Towards
Building your case load for chronic disease management clients
Building your case load with Coordinated Kidz clients
Actively participating in team meetings
Building referral networks with GP's
The Skills That Matter
Must-haves
ESSA Accreditation
Professional insurances such as professional indemnity,



public liability and income protection
Current CPR and First aid
Experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Wanting to work with children or had experience with children's exercise prescription
Have experience in hydrotherapy prescription or keen to learn
Exceptional skills in exercise prescription, programming and motivation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to organise daily tasks and diary management
Excellent time management skills
Ability to communicate with and work within a team and with other health professionals
Strong focus on client outcomes
Ability to work flexible schedule, early mornings, evenings and Saturdays is essential (Saturday pay is award time and a half)
Nice-to-haves
Ability to grow client list and liaise with referrers
Experience working with clients with mental health conditions.
