About The Role
Join our Sydney CBD team as a Secure Transcriber.You'll produce accurate transcripts from sensitive recordings, supporting justice and public safety.
This is afull-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday.

Transcribers are responsible for the accurate and timely production of transcript in various styles and formats.As a Secure Transcriber, you will transcribe a wide range of sensitive recordings and, as such, a willingness to obtain a Baseline security clearance (funded by Epiq) is a requirement.
Content may include witness and victim testimony, investigative interview, law-enforcement or emergency-services recordings or other audio or audiovisual evidence.

What We Are Looking For
Full time, on-siteavailabilityin Sydney CBD,Monday – Friday.We can accommodate9am–5pm or 10am - 6pm
75+ wpm typing speedwith strong accuracy
Excellent English vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension
Proficiency in MS Word and computer literacy
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Willingness to complete a Baseline security clearance (funded by Epiq)
Willingness to complete psychometric testing (funded by Epiq) - this is not required until after an offer has been made and does not impact your applications success.
Prior transcription experience is an advantage but not essential —our training program is designed to set you up for success.
