About you:
We are looking for a Senior Chef positions.
You will havea passion for delivering fresh and delicious food to our customers.
You must possess the following skills/attributes:
Experience working in a fast pace & high volume environment
Team focussed, with experience leading a previous kitchen team efficiently and productively
Possesses advanced Food Safety awareness and compliance experience
4+ years' experience as a Chef
Great time management skills and work ethic
Experience with rostering, stock control, ordering, costings and suppliers
Must haveimpeccable health and hygiene
Able to work a full time roster
